Initially they came out to perform my yearly maintenance, and my system checked out fine with the exception of the return system. They identified I had issues with the existing duct housing transfer cases, which at the time the house was built in 2004, the flex tubes started to separate and mold started to built around them. They quickly gave me a solution and cost behind it, and next day they had a crew here replacing all of the transfer housings and reconnecting the flex tubes. They completed the job in a single day and now I will not have to worry about having that built up mold coming into my home. The teams were professional and very detailed in their work bringing my system up to code. I recommend them highly.
