Comfort Pro LLC came out when my HVAC system finally kicked the bucket, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Anthony was my initial technician, and he was personable, informative, and clearly explained all of my options. Even though he came out on a Saturday morning, he was able to schedule my install just two days later. The installation itself went smoothly—the installers were quick, clean, and efficient. Afterward, I had a follow-up appointment with Peyton to complete the final inspection, sanitize the ducts, and install a new breaker. He was extremely professional, communicative, and thorough. I was especially impressed with his skill and professionalism at such a young age—he has a bright future ahead of him in this industry. I can’t say enough good things about Comfort Pro LLC and their entire staff, from the technicians in the field to the administrative team handling scheduling and permits. (Alex, that includes you! 🙂) If you need HVAC service, you genuinely can’t go wrong with Comfort Pro LLC. Highly recommended.

Anthony solved all of my issues. I learned a lot about my HVAC system and discovered it was 23 years old. Ten years older than the sellers told me ten years ago! The company I was using had been telling me they cleaned it regularly, but clearly they were not and my system was full of mold and bacteria. I got a new system with a new thermostat, new ducts, and new insulation installed. I am expecting my electric to be less and so happy to have it taken care of.

Ultimately very pleased. The installation team was having some difficulty putting the air handler in the attic, but once the “boss” came, he was able to remedy the situation. From there on the install went very smoothly. The team stayed late to finish up on the promised date. Cleaned up and left everything neat.

I recently had my HVAC system replaced, and Comfort Pro did a fantastic job at accessing, recommending, scheduling, and installing the new system. They were very good at communicating throughout the entire process pre and post install. They consistently communicated all the way through the last inspection. I really appreciated how they continuously called me to check on how the installation was and even afterwards, calling to make sure everything was going good. I would certainly recommend them for HVAC services.

My tech was Santiago. I called 2-10 Warranty to conduct a tune-up. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I wish more techs were professional as Santiago. We talked about UV lights within my unit. I was wanting to install one since my last check up (clearly the last company failed lol). I did agree to install one. I might just cancel my warranty company and ask for the Gold membership with Comfort Pro.

Mark from the office was prompt with the initial contact and scheduling. Angel our technician is one of the best I have worked with in a long time. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough job and took the time to go over everything and helped identify preventive items that can help keep things running smoothly.
