Santiago was an amazing HVAC tech to work with when our system was not working properly. He educated me properly on the correct items that needed to be fixed, instead of actually replacing the entire unit and spending thousands of dollars. What could have been a nightmare turned into something very doable, and most importantly, it was resolved within the day. I did the annual maintenance for both ACs through AHS and was assigned Comfort Pro, LLC to complete. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to work with this company. Mark from the office was prompt with the initial contact and scheduling. Angel our technician is one of the best I have worked with in a long time. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough job and took the time to go over everything and helped identify preventive items that can help keep things running smoothly. I will be calling AHS in the future to request this company, I highly recommend. It's hard to find honest, good people in this business, and this company has it.

After Air Zone totally decimated my AC unit (see my Air Zone ONE STAR review) through warranty work with 2-10 Home Warranty, my home warranty company, I fired Air Zone and asked for a different AC company. In case you didn’t know, yes, you can fire whatever service company is performing the repairs if you’re not satisfied with the way the repairs are being handled. Anyway, Comfort Pros came in and was very professional. Santiago was very knowledgeable about the unit and immediately pointed out the issues with my AC unit. It turns out my entire compressor was damaged by Air Zone and therefore needed to be replaced. He was very detailed with his report to my warranty company, and because of his very detailed report, my warranty company approved the request for not only the compressor, but all the parts needed to fix my unit. Santiago is a great technician and Comfort Pros is a great company. I have a 30-day warranty with Comfort Pros on top of my regular warranty. I highly recommend Santiago and Comfort Pros. We have not had air since July because of Air Zone and we live in Florida, but because of Comfort Pros we finally have a working AC!

We recently had an AC issue and were fortunate enough to have Anthony from Comfort Pro LLC come out to our home. From the moment he arrived, Anthony was incredibly personable and professional. He is truly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly walk us through exactly what he was seeing. What we appreciated most was how he sat with us afterwards to explain everything in layman's terms, breaking down the issue and clearly outlining the pros and cons of all possible next steps. He provided us with all possible options, ensuring we could make an informed decision without any pressure. Anthony's communication was great throughout the entire process, and he was very thorough, truly going above and beyond our expectations. While we certainly hope not to have any future AC trouble, if we ever do, Anthony would be a pleasure to work with again! Fernando is hands-down one of the best HVAC techs I’ve worked with. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and quickly diagnosed that my Trane XR system was a bit low on refrigerant. He didn’t try to upsell anything — just fixed the issue, checked subcooling and pressure properly, cleaned the drain line, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I’d definitely call Fernando again for any AC service or maintenance and highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

This company is very professional and very helpful. I would like to give a big thanks to Lizeth Melissa, who lives in my neighborhood, who was able to assist us with our AC situation. The air went out this past Friday evening, and we didn’t get around to asking for assistance until Saturday evening. She walked me through steps in the unit upstairs to see if we could get it resolved, but we couldn’t. She had her on-call technician, Fernando, come out within 30 minutes, and he saw the issue and said we needed a few parts but was going to attempt to do a temporary fix to get us up and running through the weekend, but it didn’t work. The time he took on it at 11 p.m. at night 🙏🏽 but he put the work order in, and early Monday morning the company then called to say a technician was out getting all the stuff we needed to fix our AC and would be out in the afternoon. A technician named Luis came out at 2:30 p.m. and had everything done by 4 p.m. before my family came home 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Our AC is working nicely, and he said if anything goes wrong in the next 30 days to call them. It was a pleasure to do business with all three of them and would recommend anyone to them.
